There were a couple of rough spots, but Dr. Lam was delightful, and made sure I was satisfied. She invited me back if there were any issues, and I took her up on it when a few days of living with bridge highlighted the need for a slight adjustment. I returned, she handled it, and gave me every opportunity to make everything comfortable and aesthetically pleasing, which the new bridge is on both counts. Dentistry isn’t always easy, and I do appreciate that. The Bottom Line is, will the dentist do everything they can for the patient's well-being and satisfaction? I can say from my experience that Dr. Lam certainly does.
